Got a call today from someone pretending to be with BT saying there was an issue with my router and they could fix it. The bloke spoke with a heavy Indian accent. Told him straight away I’m not even a BT customer, but he just carried on with the same rehearsed spiel. Watch out, sounds like a total scam.
