Someone rang me saying they were from BT and that someone was using my internet without permission. They said they’d sent a code to my email to check, but the BT email they mentioned wasn’t one I’ve used for ages. When I asked if I even had a BT account, which I don’t, they suddenly ended the call. Also, the name they gave for the account wasn’t anyone I know.
