Got a call from someone wanting me to read out info from our latest electricity bill. Didn’t say which company he was ringing for. When I asked, he said something about Scotland but didn’t give any clear details. The line was really scratchy and the bloke’s accent sounded quite foreign. Tried to get him to prove who he was but he just kept insisting I check the bill and confirm every detail. Ended up hanging up on him. Got three calls all in about 10 minutes - one from this number, one starting 01371, and another one was withheld.
