Got a call on Tuesday 19/01/21 around 10:15 am from 01673397 121. The caller said he was "Michael from Wergin Media," but his accent was so strong I struggled to catch everything. He mentioned some kind of reference number and told me my wifi was being accessed without permission. He then asked if I had a desktop or laptop connected. I quickly told him I wouldn't allow remote access and that if there was an issue, he should reach out via SMS or email. Unsurprisingly, I never got any messages from them. Definitely seemed like a classic remote access scam to me.
