I answered my phone and there was just silence on the other end before they quickly hung up. Then, I got another ring but this time on my other number. The bloke on the line, from 01674 252103, wanted to chat about some government roof insulation they've supposedly put in. I've never had anything like that done, nor have I gotten calls like this before. Seems like someone must have somehow got hold of my number details recently. Proper frustrating!
