I got a call from some scammer saying there’s a problem with my router. When I tried to offer help, not even finishing my sentence about reporting them to the cops, they hung up straight away. The weird thing is the number showed up as a Marlborough line. I phoned it back and no one answered, number isn’t even valid. It’s pretty dodgy how they use local numbers to trick people into picking up.
