Got a call from someone claiming to be BT Open Reach, saying they needed to sort out my broadband speed and wanted access to my PC. The accent sounded like a call centre from India or somewhere similar. I rang BT myself afterwards and they said it wasn’t their call at all. Tried to ring the number back but it was just dead. Definitely a scam.
