It's quite disappointing, isn't it, that we're shelling out money to Virgin Media for their Telephone Preference Service (TPS) - though I prefer a cheekier term for it if I'm honest! This week's call was the sole intrusion so far, but normally, these pesky calls pop up like London buses. You wait ages for one, and then suddenly, out they come in droves - three, four at a time! Honestly, it's infuriating! If only I could get my hands on a phone that allows me to reach through the line and give them a good shake!
