Got a call from some insurance company, they said they had a better deal for my home insurance. I could hear someone snickering in the background, which was pretty rude. I told them nicely I wasn’t interested, but then the guy asked why and kept trying to convince me he could save me money. I repeated I wasn’t interested and asked them to take my info off their list. He replied with a really sarcastic ‘will be my pleasure’ and then just hung up. Quite unprofessional, if you ask me.

Total scam. They kept saying "you have an urgent renewal" and I asked who with. They just kept going on like "we know you've got one coming up!!" Proper scammy behaviour.

They said they were from O2, offering a free 1GB data boost. Didn’t expect O2 to be doing stuff like this, so watch out!!!

I’ve put this number on my block list, but just learned that call centres can switch their numbers whenever they want, so blocking one doesn’t actually stop them since they just call from a new number every time. Bit rubbish, but yeah, looks like we’re all stuck with this now!!

Got a call about home and contents insurance, and without me even explaining what my policy includes (or exactly where I live), she started talking about some "pipe blockage not covered on your property" nonsense. When I said I don't want to be called again and asked for details to be sent through the post, she said they couldn’t send anything by mail and if I’m not up for taking calls, there’s nothing they can do. Seriously??!! Hung up straight away.
