I had an intriguing encounter earlier; a chap rang me up, asserting he was with Virgin Media. He expressed grave concerns regarding my router, claiming that my IP address had been breached. I couldn't help but inform him that I don't even subscribe to Virgin Media! He found it rather amusing and promptly ended the call with a chuckle.
