Got a call from some robotic voice saying it was my internet provider, claimed my IP was hacked and if I didn't press 1 to talk to a tech, my internet would get cut off. Told them to jog on straight away. Marked the number as dodgy and blocked it. People who aren’t clued up could easily fall for it and end up losing cash fixing a problem that doesn't even exist.

got this recorded voice saying my internet provider was gonna cut off my service, and if I press 1 it would connect me to a technician. seemed like a total scam to me, obviously phishing trying to get info or something.

I got a call with an automated message claiming my internet would be cut off soon. I was a bit worried, but after checking with my internet provider, they confirmed it was a scam. Honestly, just ignore it and hang up straight away.
