Got a call from one-to-one utilities about a broadband deal or something like that, can't quite remember exactly. I just told them I was alright and not interested. They seemed polite and said thanks for my time before hanging up. It didn't feel like one of those usual scams, cause they didn't jump into loads of questions right away.

This guy told me he was from around here and needed to inspect the pipes, but he didn’t even know my address, which made me think something wasn’t quite right.

I didn’t pick up at first just to be safe, but when I rang back, they told me the number isn’t recognised! Definitely a big warning sign - best to block it if they try to ring you.

I keep getting these frustrating calls, like today some bloke with an Indian accent was on the line trying to pitch a laptop. When I said I wasn’t interested, he started getting rude and swearin at me. Proper annoying!
