Annoying phone call! The person on the line said that my details were in their system, indicating I'd taken an all-inclusive holiday in the last two and a half years. They then pressed me to reveal the location of this supposed trip before stating that several of their resorts had not passed hygiene inspections, and that everyone in my group was supposedly entitled to a refund of about £2000.
