I received a missed call from this number earlier, so I decided to ring it back to find out who was on the other end. To my surprise, it turned out to be an automated message claiming to be from Northumberland County Council, inquiring about my rent payments. I did a quick search online, and wouldn’t you know it-this number isn’t listed on their official site at all! It definitely feels suspicious, especially since my rent is conveniently paid by direct debit. I’d advise against having any sort of conversation with this number.
