some bloke called sayin he was from british gas. i told him i’m with british gas via sainsbury’s and then he kept pushing me for more details. asked him why, then he just suddenly ended the call. pretty weird.

At first he called me by name and even got my postcode right, then asked if it was me he was speaking to. Things got weird when he mentioned something about my Hotpoint washing machine - I told him I’ve never owned one. He then asked what brand I did have, but I thought it’s best not to give away too much info. I ended the call pretty quick.
