This number rang my elderly mum earlier. When I tried to ring back, I just got an automated message saying the number wasn’t recognised.

Got a call off a lady with an Asian accent, she asked if I was still using my Hotpoint washing machine. Told her it’s not for her to know and hung up quick. Had calls like this before, always trying to push some service plan that sounds way too good to be true. Pretty clear it’s a scam to trick folks into giving away their bank info.
