Got a call claiming to be from Co-op Bank, they even showed the proper number on my screen. But the voice prompts on the line actually led me to some fraudster. Fortunately I didn’t fall for it. If you’re unsure, just hang up straight away and then dial 159, that’s the bank’s official fraud dept number. Safer to be cautious!
