They claimed they were ringing on behalf of BT Openreach, alleging an issue with my router. However, that's completely false. On top of that, I'm actually a Sky customer, not associated with BT at all...

I got a call from a woman claiming to be from btopenreach saying there was an issue with my router - which there isn’t by the way. I reckon someone’s hijacked this number because 01667 is actually a Naim number. When I tried checking who was calling by dialling 1471, it showed the number and then weirdly told me to just hang up. Tried calling back but no one picked up. Seems dodgy to me.
