I received a rather peculiar call earlier today from someone claiming to be from Sky, saying they were reaching out due to some errors with my router. To my surprise, it has indeed been rather dodgy lately. She directed me to a speed test site and then another one that tracked various issues, before asking me to visit a site that would supposedly allow her to access my router remotely. At that point, my suspicions were definitely piqued, so I requested her to confirm the name associated with my account. Strangely enough, she promptly cut the call.
