part 2 here - the number is handled by voxbone sa - looks like they spoofed a UK number??? definitely felt like it came from some call centre. The bloke claimed his name was James but honestly his English was so rubbish I don't believe it.

Got a call about some heating and insulation stuff, but it was obviously just another telemarketer. Best to just hang up and forget it.
