this number rang me a few times and I had no clue who it was. the last time they called, I just picked up the phone and left it hanging there for about 5 mins. after a few minutes, some awful noise started coming through the handset - was so annoying. ended up blocking the number now. idiots like that deserve to be stopped from bugging anyone else for a bit.

Got a silent call from this number today. Yesterday, I also got three calls from another number saying they were from telephone preference management, so maybe they've switched numbers now. Honestly, someone really needs to find a proper way to shut these annoying calls down.
