I picked up the phone and after a bit of waiting, a lady with a really thick accent barely made sense at first. She claimed to be calling from Sky's Refunds Department saying I was due £228 back from them. Yeah right, since when does Sky give out refunds? I wasn’t having any of it and told her off pretty quick.
