Im disabled and suffer from bad anxiety, I struggle to even answer my door alone. These callers dont realise the stress and pain they cause by constantly ringing and not stopping. Ive blocked their number but they find ways to keep bothering people who cant really protect themselves. Ive even self harmed before because of this kinda harrassment. Now I have caller ID and a carer who can handle calls for me when I need. These people seriously need to leave us alone.

These scammers keep spoofin local numbers just to get you to answer. This one’s been using a Melton Mowbray code. There really should be proper laws against this - I’m gettin at least 10 scam calls every day! BT, seriously, do something about it instead of letting these dodgy calls use your numbers to make money! I’m really gettin annoyed now.

You pick up the phone, and there’s a bit of a ruckus on the line, but no one actually speaks. Quite strange, really!

Seems like telemarketers are disguising their calls with local area codes just to get you to pick up.
