Utter rip off. I rang them pretending I was following up for a big local firm (the 01664 code points to Melton Mowbray). They seemed completely confused but still insisted I’d been in a car crash when I made the call - and I CAN’T DRIVE! Number was 01664 734897, from “Accident Assist” or something like that.
