Seems like this number is linked to Express Estate Agents, and there's a bloke named Scott Owen (if thats even his real name) involved. Total scam. Best not to get involved, especially when it comes to cash!! Nearly got caught out myself!!

I’d decided against using them because I wanted multiple agents involved, and they offer only a flat fee for that, which I wasn’t keen on. For sole agents, they do a percentage fee. A polite woman answered when I rang and checked why they’d called. She said they just wanted to touch base and find out what was happening with the property. I told her it had sold, and she said she’d update their records.

Avoid giving your phone number to Express Estate Agents at all costs. Their automated dialling system keeps ringing until you finally answer, then it switches the call through to someone trying to push you to sell your property. If no one’s available on their end, you just sit waiting on hold. It’s honestly a joke of a company. They don’t even bother to learn basic info about you. After you pick up once, there’s a bit of quiet, then the whole annoying cycle starts up again a few months later. They’ve even called me from various different numbers, but all those are blocked now. Still, I’m almost curious to see how persistent their robo calls can be. Crack me up, honestly.

About 15 months ago, I got in touch with Express Estate Agency for help with selling my house. However, I ended up selling my place last March 2018 through a different firm. Since then, they’ve been ringing me every single day without fail. It’s quite embarrassing honestly, as they don’t even seem to know I already sold my house nearly a year ago but keep nagging me like they wanna “assist” me. I don’t even know what to say about their persistence.
