I've been getting calls from this number recently.

Got a call at 2:19 pm from this number, claiming to be South West Water, which is odd since I live in Lancashire. Decided not to pick up after reading the reviews here. Also, it's really strange that a place called the Chocolate Box newsagent would be linked to calls like this using their supposed business number - it could really damage how people see them.

Got a call from this number, and honestly the person was quite abrupt. They started by using my first name and then tried to get more private info out of me. I just hung up straight away. Tried ringing back later, but it went straight to a full voicemail. Definitely looks like a spam call to me. Be careful and don’t share anything with them - best to just block and ignore.

Got a call on my phone today. The bloke greeted me by my first name and tried to chat about whether I had a personal or state pension. I wasn’t having any of it, told him I wasn’t interested and found it creepy he knew my name when I had no clue who he was. He claimed I had filled out some kind of form asking for their assistance. Load of rubbish if you ask me. Ended the call and then he had the nerve to keep calling back. Didn't pick up after that.
