I had a rather puzzling experience this afternoon at 14:19 when I received a call from this number, shortly after a previous one from South West Water - mind you, I reside in Lancashire! Given the comments I’ve read, I chose not to pick up. It's simply astonishing that a company named The Chocolate Box newsagent would permit calls from what seems to be their official number. This could seriously tarnish their reputation.

I wasn't having any of it and made it clear that I found it quite inappropriate for him to address me so informally, especially when I didn't even know who he was. He claimed I had filled out a form asking for their assistance, which is absolute nonsense. I hung up, but the cheeky beggar kept calling back! I chose to ignore him after that.
