Got a call from a bloke named 'Jack' with a strong Indian accent, claiming he was from Sky and that I was entitled to a £202 refund. I’m pretty sure it was a con because the Sky account isn’t under my name, and they won’t deal with anyone except the person on the bill. Total scam if you ask me.
