5 years01661848868 rang me, a guy with a proper typical Mumbai call centre accent claiming he was from BT. He told me he knew about some issues because they were our provider or something like that. When I doubted him and told him that BT would be the one to call us first if anything was wrong, he got pretty aggressive. Then out of nowhere he just hung up on me.
