They told me to search for 'rtremotesupport' on Google, which led to some site run by Robert Thomas (probably has nothing to do with this scam). It was clearly a shady TeamViewer Quick Support link to sneak into my computer. I played along for a bit to waste their time then said I wasn’t downloading anything like that - they ended the call right away.
