At first, I figured it was someone local calling since the number looked familiar. The voice had an American accent, though, which was a bit odd. I've ended up blocking a few annoying calls like this from the same number.

I keep getting calls from this number and at first I thought it was someone I knew because it’s got the same local dialling code as me. Turns out it’s just telesales trying to push energy deals, which is pretty irritating. Had a few of these calls pop up on my phone recently.
