Got a message out of the blue thanking me for a PPI claim I never even put in for. Honestly, that feels pretty dodgy and quite unethical to me.

I’ve had a text saying they’ve dispatched some letters of authority. I’ll update once those arrive, but as of now, I’m not taking any steps since I'm not completely informed yet.
