The voice sounded like it was coming from a dodgy call centre somewhere in Asia, with traffic noise and loads of voices chatting in a similar accent in the background. They claimed to be from BT, saying there were problems with my broadband and wanted remote access to my laptop. If the woman hadn't started yelling at me, I might have almost believed her story.
