this woman said she was phoning from sky about a £202 refund because of an overpayment. i told her i wasnt comfortable giving out info and that i'd ring sky myself, but as soon as i mentioned ending the call, she got a bit pushy. i just hung up after that.

Got a call from some bloke with an Indian accent, or whatever you call these scammers nowadays, saying I was entitled to a refund from Sky. Like always, I just hung up straight away. When will these awful, deceitful people quit trying to scam hardworking folks and the elderly? Honestly, they deserve to be punished severely.
