It's so frustrating, getting these calls I don’t want every single day.

Just hang up and block the number, these are call centres working for different companies like gas, phone and credit finance. They make money off commission, so they can pretend to be all helpful just to trick you into buying stuff.

I'm pretty sure this is a scam. They rang me up trying to sell an iPhone 5c contract, and when I turned them down, I got another call from them saying I’d been approved for a credit card. Seems dodgy to me.

Got a call from 01656 837182 saying i’d won an iPhone 5c. The lady sounded really convincing and asked for my postcode and bank info to sort the delivery and set up a direct debit for the contract. I told her I never applied for any phone contract though, and she quickly said sorry and ended the call. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

I got a text from some place called fonefactory saying I was eligible for an iPhone if I filled in a form. I’ve never come across them before and it all seemed a bit fishy to me. Wouldn’t recommend going for it, feels like a scam.

Got a call from some dodgy company asking for my bank info, first they claimed they were a phone provider, then switched to saying they worked for Scottish Power. Total scam, watch out!

Heads up, this is a total con! The website is just sitting there for sale, basically meaning the company isn’t real at all. Don't get fooled by it.

i recieved a message saying i was fully approved for a samsung phone along with a contract that includes all mins, texts and data. When i rang 01656837181, instead of anyone answering, all i got was some annoying muzak playing. said to text STOP to opt out. seemed a bit dodgy if u ask me.

Got a couple of texts from a marketing firm called Offonefactory just yesterday, both popping up within about an hour. Tried calling the number back but wasn’t sure what’s going on. Bit annoying really.
