Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT saying my broadband speed was having issues. They asked me to do a speed test online and then said it was too slow. Then they tried to get me to install this "anydesk" thing on my laptop. I told them straight up I wasn’t going to let anyone take over my computer, and they just ended the call. Definitely a scam, watch out!
