I just had a chat with Dunraven Windows, and they were really courteous. They've agreed to come over and give us a quote. Not sure if they'll keep calling us after, but so far everything seems legit. Feels pretty similar to what the other reviewer said back on 07/02/22.

I've dealt with Dunraven Windows and Doors in Bridgend a few times and they've always been really courteous and willing to help. Not sure why some folks have a bad opinion of them. The whole thing about wanting the spouse there is because before, partners used to cancel jobs without notice, so now they just want both people there. Makes everything clear and above board, really.

Had to get them out a bunch of times to fix the seals cause the wind kept making this annoying whistling noise.
