The call had all the hallmarks of a bustling call centre, replete with the chatter and clatter in the background.

Got a recorded call warning me about possible fraud on my account, said it was from Amazon and some foreign bank transaction. When I hit 2 to get details and asked which bank it was, the person on the other end rudely told me to “shut up” and said not to ring back unless I was keen! Feels like a total scam to me - best to steer clear!
