I received a rather shoddy automated call informing me that my cards had been billed £350 for Amazon and another hefty £1500 for some mysterious purchase. It urged me to hit '1' to approve the charges or '2' if I didn’t recognise them. Honestly, the whole thing felt about as believable as a fairy tale.
