Got two calls today and both times nobody said a word. Quite strange!

They said they were from the Benefits Agency and immediately started asking how old I was. I told them the agency would already have that info. When I tried to end the call, the person got quite rude and kept pushing me to answer. I stayed calm, said no thanks, and then just put the phone down.
