apparently the guy from bt re internet was proper rude, arrogant and insulting. if i were the kind of person who gets scared easily i would’ve been honestly. i’d find it hard to believe bt would hire someone so disrespectful and arrogant!

Got a call from some bloke, I think he said his name was Nathan, sounded Indian or something. He was after my thoughts on something, but honestly, I just told him I wasn’t bothered. Cheers, Nathan.

Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent, said his name was Brad and he was from some UK health and wellbeing thing. I just let him run through his spiel but wouldn’t reply to what he asked, and then he just ended the call.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with healthcare. They had an Asian accent and sounded like they were just reading from a script. Also asked weird questions about my age. Felt pretty dodgy to me.
