I received a call from a number, 08450405921, and it seemed rather dodgy. I tried to reach out to them, but it just went straight to voicemail. I have to say, I'm quite troubled about my experience with 1st Claims Direct. I've been trying to get in touch with them, but all I seem to encounter is an automated message - no luck finding a direct number to speak with someone. To make matters worse, they went ahead and took a payment even after we cancelled our claim. I was assured that I would receive a refund, yet I'm still waiting. It’s all rather frustrating!
