Got a call from someone saying they were with Sky, trying to boost my internet speed. They also wanted to fiddle with my computer settings. Honestly, their accent was way off - sounded like someone from Mumbai, not Wales! From my previous experiences, Sky usually fixed my issues remotely when I contacted them. I ended the call as soon as they stumbled over me telling them I use a Mac, which I reckon is tougher to hack.
