I received a call today claiming to be from TSB, asserting that there was an unusual issue concerning my account. They were after my sort code and account number, so I promptly ended the call. Instead, I rang the number listed on my bank card, and thankfully, they confirmed that my account is fine with no issues whatsoever. They also mentioned that they couldn't find any record of an incoming call today. Just a heads up - be wary of that number!
