After a long pause, some robotic woman voice said she was from HMRC and that an arrest warrant had been issued for me - funny thing is, they never said my actual name. She mentioned a reference number and told me to ‘press one’ if I wanted to talk to someone. I decided not to, even if it was legit, I wouldn’t deal with a call like that. It’s clearly a scam but I can see how some people might get really scared by it. This kind of thing has to be stopped quick!
