I received a call from someone with quite a pronounced Asian accent, and it really gave off the vibes of a typical scammer. He introduced himself as being from the Oslo Visa Centre and started inquiring about a rather hefty suspicious transaction linked to my bank account. While it's true that I hail from Norway, I can't shake the feeling that this was a well-crafted scam, especially since I found nothing amiss in my transaction history.

I got calls from +44 1645 620790 too, they spoke with an Indian accent. I’m from Norway as well. I told them to shove off and quit bothering me. Haven’t heard from them since.

didn't answer the phone but they left a voicemail. sounded like a bloke speaking english with an indian accent, pretty sure it was one of those scam calls.

I got a call from +44 1645 550790 too, sounded like an Indian accent. I’m in Norway as well. They said they were from some visa office in Oslo and started asking about some huge transactions I apparently made. Nearly gave me a heart attack! Does anyone know what kind of scam this is? I didn’t give them any info, just hung up.

I reckon this is a scam. I ignored a few rings but eventually answered and heard someone speaking with an Indian accent. They claimed to be calling from the UK because the numbers showed up as +44 1645 670720, +44 1605 820740, +44 1655 620790, and +44 1675 190780, yet I’m here in Norway. The call quality was awful, which made me think it’s not a genuine business call at all.
