Got a call yesterday from someone saying they’d got alerts from my BT router about security problems that needed fixing. I told him right away that this was a company number, not a private phone. He kept interrupting, so I just ended the call. Today, he rang again with the same spiel. I repeated that it’s a business number, and when I asked him nicely to take my number off his list, he started swearing and then hung up on me. No doubt about it, I’m blocking this number!

Somebody rang me saying they were from BT, but they had quite a strong Asian accent which made it really hard to understand them. When I asked if they could speak a bit clearer, they just hung up on me. Very rude!

Picked up the phone and the line just dropped. Been getting loads of calls like these from various numbers lately.

Got a call from someone claiming to be BT about our internet and they wanted to check if we were a business number. When I said the owner wasn't available to talk, they started getting rude really fast. Then they phoned back like four times within just ten minutes! Proper annoying.

I got a call, but the person just hung up. Then about ten minutes after, they called back and you could really tell it was from some noisy call centre.

Twice in just two days, I got calls from BT about my internet, but the number showed it was coming from abroad. Sounds fishy to me, probably some scam, so I just ended the call straight away.
