someone rang me pretending to be from BT, said they wanted to set up a free firewall to stop unauthorised access to my internet. they claimed it didn’t matter who my internet provider was, they could still help. when i asked them what sort of issue they were talking about and how they even knew there was a problem, they just ended the call straight away. really dodgy behaviour.
