I got a call from a woman with an American accent pretending to be from Amazon, saying they were going to charge me £79, but I couldn’t catch everything she was saying. This happened three times just today, twice the day before, and a few times last week too. It’s clearly a scam - I remember getting similar calls about three years back and then they vanished. This time they’re using a different phone number though [###]. Feels quite dodgy and risky.
