It seems like I got a call from this number too, just judging by the one comment here. Luckily, my call guardian blocked it, so I never had to answer. Even so, I reckon it’s just some annoying scam or harassment like the others have said.

Got a dodgy call claiming to be Amazon. They said, “Hello, you’ve got an order for an Apple iPad on your Amazon account. If you didn’t buy it, press 1.” Obviously a trick to grab your bank info and scam you. Immediately blocked the number.
