Someone from the real ORBIT debt collectors team is misusing their work access and info to scam folks when they’re off the clock. DO NOT ANSWER this number! Even if the real Orbit calls, just ignore them and say you owe nothing. If things go badly and you find yourself in court, use THIS page as proof why you didn’t pay, especially since you can’t trust ORBIT staff. This is exactly the reason I’ll never give Orbit a single penny (and honestly, the worst case won’t even happen cause it’s too expensive to pursue).

Orbit debt collectors claim they’re working for Southern Water. But our water bill is being disputed through the Water Consumer Council, who told me clearly to only speak with them and ignore Southern Water or any associated agencies.
